Send WordPress email through Microsoft Graph using Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online or a personal Microsoft account.

== Description ==

Exchange Mail Connector replaces WordPress wp_mail() delivery with Microsoft Graph.

Free features:
* Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online app-only authentication.
* Personal Microsoft account OAuth connection.
* Test email.
* Basic SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and DNSSEC status checks after a successful test email.
* HTML and plain-text messages, CC, BCC, Reply-To and file attachments.

A Microsoft Graph HTTP 202 response means Microsoft accepted a message for delivery. It does not prove final recipient delivery.

The optional Exchange Mail Connector Pro add-on is distributed separately and is not included in this WordPress.org plugin. It can add mail history, technical logging, message review/resend and advanced diagnostics.

== External services ==

This plugin connects to Microsoft services when you configure or use mail delivery:
* Microsoft identity endpoints (login.microsoftonline.com) are used to authenticate Microsoft 365 applications and personal Microsoft accounts. Tenant/application identifiers, OAuth device codes, refresh tokens or client credentials are sent as required by the selected authentication method.
* Microsoft Graph (graph.microsoft.com) receives outgoing email data when WordPress sends mail, including recipients, subject, body, reply-to/CC/BCC information and attachments. For personal accounts, Graph is also queried to identify the connected mailbox.
* Google Public DNS-over-HTTPS (dns.google) receives DNS names and record types when you run the optional mail-security check after a test message. It is used to check SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and DNSSEC information.

These services are only contacted when required by the configured functionality. Microsoft and Google operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
